This is a single-user license. Each purchase grants one individual the rights above.

All templates, designs, code, and content available on UiXDraft are the intellectual property of UiXDraft. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the templates as described in Section 3, but does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
Our templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our templates will meet every specific requirement or be error-free. We are not responsible for how templates are used after purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UiXDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product ($35).
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. You may also have additional rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.
